This project involved creating a fully customized CRM dashboard alongside a dedicated team of developers and marketing specialists, the goal was to design an intuitive UI/UX interface tailored to manage the zoo's complex operations, which include 5 restaurants, 2 hotels, food ordering systems, VIP experiences, and more.
Druga faza projektu polegała na opracowaniu główny pulpit nawigacyjny, a unified hub displaying valuable statistics and key insights into the ongoing business. This dashboard ensured that all departments were seamlessly integrated into a single platform, with data organized through tabele i systemy online, allowing management to monitor and control operations efficiently.
The third phase of the project focused on developing a comprehensive Panel Sprzedaży to manage and analyze sales across all key business areas, including zamówienia jedzenia online, systemy biletowe, campaigns, i usługi VIP. To scentralizowane centrum zapewniało w czasie rzeczywistym wgląd w strumienie przychodów, metryki wydajności oraz zaangażowanie klientów, umożliwiając podejmowanie decyzji opartych na danych oraz efektywne zarządzanie zasobami.
In addition, a system czatu i powiadomień was implemented to enhance communication and collaboration across the organization. The chat system enabled seamless messaging between employees and managers, fostering quick updates, task coordination, and teamwork. The funkcja powiadomień ensured that users were promptly informed of critical updates, deadlines, and new activities within the system. Together, these tools streamlined operations, improved internal communication, and created a more connected and efficient workplace environment.
Czwarta faza projektu skoncentrowała się na wdrożeniu zaawansowanego Sekcja Kalendarza to organize and visualize tasks, projects, and schedules across the business. This feature introduced widoki dzienny, tygodniowy i miesięczny, providing teams with flexible tools to plan, manage, and monitor activities efficiently.
The result is a dynamic, scalable CRM platform tailored to the zoo's unique requirements. It delivers a przyjazny interfejs that simplifies decision-making, centralizes operations, and improves departmental collaboration. This robust system not only supports the current business structure but also sets a foundation for future expansions into areas like budownictwo, nieruchomości i zaawansowane zarządzanie projektami, making it a versatile solution for long-term growth.
